About Men's Ministry Prison Outreach

In Matthew 25, Jesus tells his disciples: Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you?And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

This ministry is dedicated to bringing hope to those in prison. Currently the ministry is divided into two parts:

  1. Men facilitating the instruction of Financial Peace University to inmates one night a week. This happens in a 9-Week cycle, and commitment can be varied in capacity from every week, to a couple of times a month
  2. Prayer partners who commit to pray for the ministry, and commit to a monthly in-person gathering.
